Andrew Kass is a pre-Bridge Staten Islander; a founder and principal of a legal technology company that is now a part of a national organization; a songwriter, guitar player and part-time chorister; a retired karate-ka; and not least, an author.
Most notable publishing credit to date has been a short story, "Guatemala Avenue", in the Winter 2004 edition of Glimmer Train. I have also published essays, commentary, poetry and photography in Central Park, Z:Miscellaneous, Outerbridge, Glassworks, and the OpEd section of The New York Times, among others. I was associate editor of Book/Mark: A Quarterly Review of Small Press Literature for about a year and a half from its inception.
I will write any story compelling enough to tell, regardless of genre. Most of my work shelves in the literary end of speculative fiction and mystery.
